TRC (The Recruitment Company Limited) is an employment/ recruitment agency based in Myanmar (Burma) and registered under the Ministry of Labor. We recruit and seek appropriate Burmese/ Myanmar personnel for international companies in international & local Market.
Also (The Resources Company Limited) as TRC Hotel and Vocational Training Institute, located in Yangon is ASEAN accredited Hotel & Vocational Training School and 1st Skills Testing Center for Myanmar Tourism by the National Skills Standard Authority Myanmar and Ministry of Hotel & Tourism.
Due to high demanding at the States and Divisions in Upper Myanmar, we extended our Vocational Training Institute at Mandalay (Last Myanmar Kingdom Capital) in 2012 as Mandalay Hotel & Vocational Training Institute (MHVTi).
Co-operate with local, ASEAN & Int’l Organizations, TRC is a model of Hotel and Touriam Skills Testing Center which follow the National Competencies and ASEAN MRA-TP Competencies.

Established in 2005 in response to a recognised need for a professional manpower supply company in Myanmar, TRC’s aim is to fulfill this need. TRC is located at No.142/A, Gandamar Road, 8 Block, Mayangone Township, Yangon and situated next to Gandamar Wholesales Center and Yaygu Railway Station of Yangon Circle trains, 5 min walking distance to Kabaraye Pagoda and 10 minutes drive from Yangon Int’l Airport.
Occupying over 2300 sq. ft. of 6 stories building, 15 Guest Rooms including suite room and deluxe room facilities, 1 bar and restaurant, 20 seats capiticy meeting room, operated by Hospitality Diploma candidates and HR professionals staff and trainers, TRC is able to provide an excellent quality service to our clients.

Kyaw Kyaw Sint’s HR career started with 20 Years experienced in government service as senior public relation officer. After the retirement from government services in 1999, he has established the Myanmar Shore Mariner Seafood Trading Co., Ltd follow by the Recruitment Company in 2005. He completed Bachelor of Art, Diploma in Business Studies form University of Economics (Yangon) and Diploma in Economics Development (Hankok University, Korea).
Besides he is currently working as an Executive Member of National Skills Standard Authority of Myanmar, Patron of Myanmar Tourism HRD Association, a Master Tourism Assessor of ASEAN Tourism.
He possess strong entrepreneur mind, proactive approach and make things happen attitude.
